Allergy Home Remedies

Allergies can be treated with natural ingredients like Bosewellia, Horseradish, Nettles and Bee Pollen. Allergies occur when the human body has an abnormal overreaction of its immune system to a harmless substance. It fights these foreign substances just as it would fight a bacteria or a virus. Allergies develop in stages. When the immune system initially encounters an allergen, it signals specialized cells to manufacture antibodies, or immunoglobulins, against it. The person may not display an obvious allergic reaction during this exposure; however, if the substance again enters the body, the antibodies programmed to mount an attack against it will go into action. Once again, there may not be any outward signs, but, at some future date, the antigen may provoke cells in the immune system to release large amounts of histamines and other chemicals that are responsible for an allergic response. When this happens, the symptoms could range from a runny nose to an extremely serious reaction, such as sudden death.

Allergies may occur when the immune system attacks a harmless substance. Common triggers for allergies are mold; dust; tree, grass or flower pollen; animal dander, feathers; insect venom especially bee stings; metal especially nickel; household chemicals; and some cosmetics. They may also happen as a result of poor diet and excess mucus. Stress can also cause allergies as they weaken the immune system.
