Banana Health Benefits

Banana is an ideal home remedy for constipation, fungal infections, breathing disorder, urinary retention and heart ailments. The banana plant grows in tropical vegetation and is the largest of all herbaceous flowering plants. The banana flower, trunk, fruit and leaf have extensive culinary usages.     Consumption of powdered banana root powder mixed with milk helps with anaemia.
  • Wounds

    Wounds are dressed with banana leaves to help with the healing and to prevent abscess.
