Date is an effective home remedy for Constipation, Impotence, Excessive Bleeding and Nervous Disorders. The date tree is a tall palm and grown in many parts of the world, including the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Spain, Italy, Mexico and California. The dates are a fleshy, oval reddish or yellowish brown fruits with a hard single furrowed seeds.
