Hindu Shlokas and Mantras
The principal aim of Hinduism is to seek Moksha or one-ness with God and a state of no re-birth. Of all the methods suggested to reach this lofty state, Bhakti-Yoga or devotion to God is the simplest. As God is viewed in different forms, devotion to him can also vary. Stotras are hymns in praise of the Lord. They are not bound by the stringest rules of the Vedas and are accessible to everyone. All the prayers are accompanied with appropriate English translations.
